Employee Login: new user interface for several overviews

As part of the plan to renew the look and feel of some overviews, the overviews Personal info, Birthdays department and Company birthdays have now a new user interface.

Solved bug

Sickness full month input on multiple entries

If M1004 was input on multiple entries in a month, the L2380 full period sickness was not triggered. Instead, it used the calendar day calculation on L2346.
Now we use the correct output to L2380 full month sick deduction.
