Payment in advance implemented for SE bookkeeping systems

In Sweden app we use payment in advance setting in order to book the journals to the proper period. This implementation was only for Procountor and now we extend to Visma.net and Visma eAccounting.

Bugs

Expired password allows to input same password

When one environment has set expiration days for password, renewing a password wasn't validating if the current password matched the previous. From now on, it is not possible to insert the same password as the previous one!
