Avskaffad särskild löneskatt för äldre

From the 1st of July there's a tax change in Sweden for elderly employees.
Starting from 2016 for elder employees there is an extra special tax rate of 6.15%, this extra tax is not deducted anymore starting from period 7 in 2019.

With this update no other general bugs or known issues were solved.
