Improvements

Inactive/Active will be removed

We have previously communicated that there will be a change in the application of the 'Inactive and Active' status for employees. We will remove this status with the update of March 14th. Because this status will no longer apply, we will implement the following change for the employee types:

• An Applicant who is marked as inactive will be updated to 'Rejected Applicant
• An External employee who is marked as inactive will be updated to the type 'Ex-employee External'
• An Employee in Employment Service who is out of service for more than one month will be updated to the type of 'Ex-employee'
• An External employee who has been out of service for more than one month will be updated to the type of 'Ex External employee'
