Documents & action points: types removed while editing

When opening an employee document or employee action point on a higher-level, the type was empty. This is now solved. The employee level document & action point types that are shown will be related to the employee or company/debtor, not depending on the level from which the user is opening the document or action point.

Documents & action points: 'loader' pop-up in front of actual pop-up

Sometimes the 'loader' pop-up would stay in front of the actual pop-up, even though this pop-up was already loaded. This is solved.
