Below is a description of the help we offer for each step in the Next Wave program.
Step 1 Objectives and strategy
Step 1 covers preparation and inventory. During this step, we serve as your helpdesk. See below for a description of step 1.
Step 2 Training
In step 2, the team goes through training (as needed). See the link below for full details.
Step 3 Configuration and preparation for conversion
In step 3, you continue working on the configuration, and preparations for the conversion begin.
Step 4 Conversion
In step 4, the conversion of all data to Nmbrs® takes place.
Step 5 Go-Live
In step 5 the clients go live. This means there are salary runs and clients have access to their data.
Step 6 Evaluation
In step 6, the final step, the project is evaluated. Afterwards, the transition to the regular support flow is made.
