It is possible to purchase extra services directly in Nmbrs® when you need these, such as an Up & Go programme or Animations.
There are two ways in which you can purchase this, as a new client with your subscription or as an existing client in addition to your subscription.
New client
As a new client, in a Free Trial environment, you can click on 'Start now!' on the top right to purchase Nmbrs®.
You will then get to the subscription page; by clicking on 'Start now', you can get a subscription from the start date selected by you.
You now enter the Nmbrs® Shop. By entering the number of employees you are payrolling at the top of the screen, the most economical subscription is automatically calculated for you.
The icon below shows which subscription is the most economical.
You can indicate the start date of your subscription yourself, this is the moment you want to start payrolling clients.
When you have entered all the details, the Quotation is complete and you can click on 'Continue'. In the next screen you can purchase Extra Services if you deem this necessary. This may be, for instance, assistance with implementation (an Up & Go programme), customised animated videos or training.
When you have entered the desired Extra Services, click on 'Save and continue'. In the next screen you check the details, click again on 'Save' and submit your request.
Existing client
As an existing client, you can click on 'My Account' at the top right in the environment.
You will now get to the account environment; click here on 'My subscription' to order Extra Services.
Under Extra Services you can purchase a number of additional services in the Nmbrs® shop, for instance, assistance with the implementation (an Up & Go programme) or customised animated videos. Which Up & Go programme you need, is automatically determined by the number of employees.
By clicking on 'Order Extras', you can purchase Extra Services. Enter the quantity you require and click on 'Save and continue'.
Check your details in the next screen and click on 'Save and continue' to send your request.
