Improvements

SIE file needs BAS & PL settings

Downloading SIE file, all GL accounts have CC/CU assigned when only profit and loss accounts should have it. From now on, it will be available the Format BAS and Format PNL to salary document settings when SIE file is selected. Similar to what happens to Twinfield (remove CC/CU to the range set on BAS format and keep CC/CU to the range set on PL format)
