Cost allocation of cost centers: set up percentages


It is possible to adjust the cost allocations for an employee by following the steps below.


  • On employee level, go to the details page of the dashlet “Cost Center” by clicking “More…”


  • Please press “Change Cost Center” to add or change cost center.


  • Choose the desired cost center


  • Choose the desired cost unit


  • Fill in the desired percentage


  • Press the plus sign (+) in order to add the cost allocation 


  • Press “Save” in order to apply the chosen settings.



The total percentage will always add up to 100%. If a new setting is made, the new percentage will be deducted from the previous applied cost allocation.
