Cancelling your Nmbrs subscription

Nmbrs has a one-month cancellation notice period. The legal account owner can cancel the subscription via My Account > Invoicing> My Subscription. After submitting the request, we will contact you to finalize the cancellation.

Important considerations when cancelling

No access after termination

For example, if you cancel as of January 1, 2024, you will no longer be able to process payroll changes or submit declarations, such as the December 2023 tax return in January. Make sure all necessary tasks are completed before your subscription ends.

Export your data

Ensure you export all data before your subscription ends, as this will no longer be possible afterward. Instructions for creating a Global Export can be found in [this article].

Options after cancellation

Nmbrs offers different licenses to manage your data after your subscription ends:

1. View-Only License

This license allows the legal owner to retain access to all data and files in Nmbrs. However, data cannot be downloaded.

Conditions:

  • Only the legal owner has access.
  • Cost: 10% of the monthly subscription fee (billed annually).
  • No customer support or contact.

2. Archive License

With an archive license, Nmbrs retains your data without providing access to the software. This is ideal for record-keeping purposes.

Conditions:

  • No access to the software or data.
  • Cost: 5% of the monthly subscription fee (billed annually).
  • Data is stored as long as the license is active.
  • No customer support or contact.

If you need access later, you can contact customer.success@nmbrs.com to temporarily upgrade your license.

3. Full Termination

If you choose to fully terminate your subscription, you will lose access to all data after the end date.

Conditions:

  • Data is stored for 12 months after contract termination.
  • No access to software or data.
  • No customer support or contact.

We strongly recommend exporting all data before your subscription ends. Learn how to create a Global Export.

Reactivating access

If you want to regain access to Nmbrs after full termination, you will need to purchase a new subscription. Please contact our Sales team for assistance.
