[Hamburgermenu} Menu is empty and can't be hidden

What?
The hamburgmenu (on the rightside of the screen) remains empty and can't be hidden. Some buttons may not be clickable due to this issue.

This can appear in all environments.

Impact?
Medium.

Workaround?
When clearing cache or cookies this issue can be resolved. If this is not working you can also use CTRL + F5 (in most browsers).
