At the moment we experience generic infrastructure issues. You may experience one or more of the following issues:
- overall extreme slowness of the application;
- not possible to do a run;
- not possible to do an import;
- not possible to download documents;
- generating overviews results in 'Unknown error'.
We will keep you posted about any developments through this known issue.
Microsoft applied a 'platform hotfix' to Azure. It seems that this fixed at least some of the above issues. We will keep monitoring the issues and inform you accordingly.
Unfortunately, the problem seems to occur again. We're working hard on a solution.
Our supplier has made the necessary adjustments, so this problem should be solved.
