The targeted removal of the cookie(s) of the Visma Nmbrs environment of the browser ensures that the latest versions of web pages and programs are loaded in the browser. This may resolve display and/or login issues related to the Visma Nmbrs application.
Delete cookie(s) in Google Chrome
- Click in the menu bar on the 3 vertical dots at the top right.
- Choose Settings.
- Choose "Cookies and Site Data" under "Privacy and Security".
- Choose 'Show all cookies and site data'.
- Head to 'Search cookies' in the search bar.
- Search for 'nmbrs' and your Visma Nmbrs environment will now appear.
- Click on the trash can to completely delete the specific cookie(s) of the Visma Nmbrs environment or choose 'delete all displayed'
- Close any browser tabs you have open.
- Restart the browser.
Delete cookie(s) in Mozilla Firefox
- Click in the menu bar at the top on the 3 horizontal lines on the far right.
- Choose Options.
- Choose on Privacy & Security.
- Click on 'delete individual cookies'
- Search for 'nmbrs' and your Visma Nmbrs environment will now appear. Click on the name of the Nmbrs environment.
- Click 'Remove Selected' and then click Close.
- Close any browser tabs you have open.
- Restart the browser.
Delete cookie(s) in Microsoft Edge
- Click on the 3 dots on the far right in the menu bar at the top.
- Choose Settings.
- Choose what to clear.
- As a minimum, tick 'Cached data and files'.
- Click Clear.
- Close any browser tabs you have open.
- Restart the browser.
Delete cookie(s) in Safari
- Go to the Safari drop-down menu.
- Choose Preferences.
- Choose Security (Privacy) icon in the top window.
- In the Security (Privacy) dialog box, choose Bookmarks.
- Choose Show cookies.
- In the Cookies dialog box, click on the cookies of a particular website and type 'Nmbrs'.
- Then click on Delete.
- Click Done.
- Close any browser tabs you have open.
- Restart the browser.
