Monthly payments

For monthly payments, the year is divided in 12 periods (period 1 is January, period 2 is February, etc.). The number of processed payslips is assessed per period.

4-weekly payments

For 4-weekly payments, the year is divided in 13 periods (period 1 is from week 1 up to and including week 4, period 2 is from week 5 up to and including week 8, etc.). The number of processed payslips is assessed per period.

Weekly payments

For weekly payments, the year is divided in 52 periods Per period it is assessed whether the employee concerned has a processed payslip in any one of these weeks.
