Transition support mail to ticket form

From the 1st of April it is no longer possible to send in e-mails to support@nmbrs.se. We kindly ask you to use the ticket form instead.

We have tested the ticket form thoroughly in the past year. Data shows support questions are being resolved much faster if the required information is immediately available .

By using the ticket form we are able to solve support questions more easily and in a more effective way. For this reason, we will fully switch from the support e-mail to the ticket form from the 1st of April 2019.
