Step 1 - Objectives and strategy

After the introduction to Nmbrs®, it is important to formulate the objectives and strategy for the conversion. An initial overview can be achieved by using the following document as a guide:

To get an indication of the costs involved in conversion, you can use this sheet and fill it out. Clearly define the scope of the project, stating what is part of the project and what is not. Identify the risks of the project with regard to money, organization, quality, information and time (GOKIT). Think and work in project terms during this implementation: a project always has an end date and a goal. Make it quantifiable and divide the project into small sections to get a good overview.
